Application scheme of intelligent remote monitoring of morchella growth environment

In recent years, the application of the Internet of Things has been rapidly promoted and implemented around the world, bringing earth-shaking changes to traditional agricultural cultivation. Based on the Internet of Things, Shenzhen Rio Tinto Technology has launched a set of intelligent remote measurement and control system for farmland greenhouses. It combines modern sensor technology with LoRa technology. Accurate monitoring of farmland, greenhouse, garden and other target areas, real-time collection of air temperature and humidity, soil temperature and humidity, light intensity, soil PH value and other information and summarized to the cloud platform for intelligent management and storage. Through this set of intelligent control system can bring the majority of users more than the traditional planting 20-30% benefits! Reduce costs and improve efficiency!

Environmental requirements for morchella growth

1. Temperature control standards

Morchella is a low temperature type of fungi, underground mycelium in early spring 1 ~ 2℃ began to grow. According to the field investigation of wild morchella in Shandong Taishan by Gao Junjie (1997), the fruitulation stage was from March to April. When the temperature was from 10 to 25℃, the daily growth rate of hypha accelerated with the increase of temperature, while when the temperature was higher than 28℃, the daily growth rate of hypha dropped sharply. Although the daily growth rate of mycelium is the fastest at 25℃, the layer of fungus moss is thin and easy to age. At about 20℃, mycelium grows faster, and is thick and strong, so the optimum growth temperature of morchella mycelium is 17 ~ 22℃.

2. Humidity control standards

The water content of morchella culture medium should be mastered in 60% ~ 70%, that is, grasp a medium by hand, pinch firmly, wet between the fingers, a little water but not flow down, fingers loose into a block, after the landing spread out is appropriate. But different kinds of sawdust and different thickness slightly different, should be flexible to master. When mycelium grows, the relative humidity of air should be below 70%. The fruiting body formation development period is 85% ~ 95%, and the growth period is reduced appropriately to extend the freshness period of the product.

3. Light intensity control standards

Morchella morchella is a photogenic fungus, and its fruition body has phototaxis growth characteristics. Suitable diffuse light is a necessary condition for normal life. During mycelium culture, mycelium still grows in the absence of light, but does not form fruiting bodies. Fruiting bodies are not easy to differentiate without light, and the optimum light intensity is 50 ~ 300 (Lx) lux.

4. soil PH value control standards

Morsel mycelia like weakly acidic environment, the optimal PH is about 6.5 ~ 7.5, PH below 4 or above 6.5 mycelia growth is sparse and slow.

Morchella planting intelligent management system configuration

1. Software platform

Remote data real-time view function; Automatic control function; Various warning functions.

Morchella intelligent management system monitors the temperature, humidity, light, carbon dioxide concentration, soil water content, nutrients and other parameters in the greenhouse in real time. If the temperature and humidity are not appropriate in production, the moisture cannot be monitored quantitatively, the sterilization time is not enough, and the operation is not standard, leading to multiple diseases and serious losses. The intelligent management system of morchella planting in the Internet of Things can send out alarm function on the software platform, which can deal with problems timely and effectively. Minimize crop risks and increase yield returns.

Remote wireless transmission is used to collect data, sensor equipment is used to collect the temperature and humidity, illumination, CO2 concentration, soil PH value and other important environmental factors affecting the growth of morchella, and then through the indoor air circulation machine, light lamp for automatic adjustment of air temperature and humidity, light intensity and other environmental factors.

summarize

Through the Internet of Things technology, the cloud platform accurately monitors morchella in real time, collects air temperature and humidity, soil temperature and humidity, light intensity, soil PH value and other information in real time and summarizes it to the cloud platform for intelligent management and storage. Temperature and humidity, light intensity, soil PH value and other data are controlled through the cloud platform to make morchella grow in the most suitable environment. This set of intelligent control system can bring the majority of users more than the traditional planting 20-30% benefits! Reduce costs and improve efficiency!
